The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure construction application, and particularly relates to a building energy dissipation buckling restrained brace mounting device and an implementation method thereof. The whole device is convenient to move through the arrangement of the walking wheels, the occupied space can be saved through the arrangement of the lifting structure, construction can be conveniently conducted according to steel structures of different heights, meanwhile, accurate positioning is achieved through the arrangement of the beam flange clamps, and the construction efficiency is improved. Compared with the prior art, the building energy dissipation buckling restrained brace installation device has the advantages that connection is firm, the mechanical degree is high, and safety is good; 2, the construction speed is high, the construction period is shortened and the cost is saved; equipment is easy to use and convenient to operate, and labor cost is saved compared with a traditional mode; positioning is accurate, and compared with a traditional mode, welding can be directly conducted without correcting the position after hoisting; the equipment is small in occupied space, and surrounding construction is not affected.

    本发明属于钢结构施工应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑消能屈曲约束支撑安装装置及其实施方法。利用行走轮的设置,方便整个装置的移动,利用升降结构的设置,不仅可以节约占地空间,还方便针对不同高度的钢结构进行施工,同时,利用梁翼缘夹具的设置,实现了准确的定位,进而使本发明所提供的建筑消能屈曲约束支撑安装装置相对于现有技术而言:1、连接牢固,机械化程度高,安全性好;2、施工速度快,节省工期,节约成本;3、设备使用简单,方便操作,比传统方式节省人工成本;4、定位准确,相较于传统方式,吊起后无需进行矫正位置即可直接焊接;5、设备占地空间小,不影响周围施工。
