The invention relates to a method for hoisting and mounting buckling restrained braces. The method comprises the following steps of 1, welding two lifting lugs at the 1/3 part in transverse position of each buckling restrained brace member; 2, mounting a clamp, electric hoists and steel cables on a cross beam of each buckling restrained brace member to be mounted; and 3, hoisting each buckling restrained brace member to a position between steel columns close to a mounting position by using a tower crane, hooking the two lifting lugs corresponding to each buckling restrained brace member by using lifting hooks of the two electric hoists on the beam correspondingly, adjusting two ropes simultaneously after hoisting, slowly moving each buckling restrained brace to the mounting position, pulling the lower end of each buckling restrained brace member to reach a lower joint part, putting the upper end in place, and butting each buckling restrained brace member with beam and column embedded parts. According to the method, each buckling restrained brace is hoisted to the position between the steel columns by using the tower crane and then is pulled and mounted in place by using the electric hoists, so that the labor intensity is effectively reduced, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明涉及一种屈曲约束支撑的吊运和安装方法,步骤一:在每根屈曲约束支撑构件上横向的1/3处焊接两个吊耳;步骤二:在待安装屈曲约束支撑构件的横梁上安装夹具、电动葫芦、钢索;步骤三:用塔吊将屈曲约束支撑构件吊到距安装位置较近的钢柱间,然后用梁上的两电动葫芦的吊钩分别钩住屈曲约束支撑构件对应的两个吊耳,起吊后同时调整两个绳索,缓慢移动屈曲约束支撑至安装位置处,首先牵拉屈曲约束支撑构件下端达到下节点部位,然后上端就位,与梁、柱预埋件进行对接。本发明用塔吊将屈曲约束支撑吊至钢柱间,再由电动葫芦牵拉安装就位,有效降低了劳动强度,提高了安装效率,加快了施工进度。
