The invention discloses a precise hoisting positioning device and a using method, and particularly relates to the technical field of PC component hoisting equipment, the precise hoisting positioning device comprises a machine body and a positioning mechanism, traction grooves are formed in the four corners of the machine body, a lifting bin is formed in the inner wall of the machine body, a motor bin is formed below the lifting bin, and adjusting bins are formed in the two sides of the motor bin; a first hanging rod is arranged on a boss face of the machine body, and a second hanging rod is arranged on the outer side of the boss face. An industrial personal computer controls a first rotating motor to work, a double-thread lead screw drives a nut base to descend, so that a PC component slowly descends, meanwhile, through a monitoring picture displayed by the industrial personal computer, a hydraulic rod is independently controlled to work, the posture of the PC component is adjusted, the mounting position is aligned, after the PC component reaches the mounting position, a steel wire rope is loosened, and a connecting hook is taken out; therefore, the accurate hoisting device is provided, and constructors are helped to rapidly adjust the PC component at the installation position.

    本发明公开了一种吊装精准定位装置及使用方法,具体涉及PC构件吊装设备技术领域,包括机体和定位机构,所述机体的四角开设有牵引槽,且机体的内壁开设有升降仓,所述升降仓的下方开设有电机仓,且电机仓的两侧开设有调节仓,所述机体的凸台面设置有悬挂杆一,且凸台面的外侧设置有悬挂杆二。通过工控机控制旋转电机一工作,通过双螺纹丝杠带动螺母座下降,使得PC构件缓慢下降,同时,通过工控机显示的监视画面,独立控制液压杆工作,调整PC构件的姿态,使得对准安装位置,PC构件达到安装位置后,放松钢丝绳,取出连接钩,完成一个PC构件的吊装,由此,提供一个准确吊装装置,帮助施工人员在安装位置进行PC构件的快速调整。
