The invention provides an automatic falling-off device for an exhaust connector. The automatic falling-off device comprises a bottom plate, a compression air spring, a connecting rod mechanism, the exhaust connector, an exhaust hose and a buffer air spring. The bottom plate is connected with a tower working platform, the connecting rod mechanism is rotationally connected with the bottom plate, and the exhaust connector is hinged to the connecting rod mechanism; the connecting rod mechanism comprises a plurality of hinged rod pieces, the compression spring and the buffer air spring are hinged to the connecting rod mechanism, and the connecting rod mechanism, the compression air spring and the buffer air spring are matched to provide freedom degrees of front-back swing and up-down swing for the exhaust connector. And the exhaust connector is used for communicating the rocket body exhaust port with the exhaust hose. The bottom plate, the compression air spring, the connecting rod mechanism and the buffer air spring are matched to enable the exhaust connector to move along with the rocket body, the bottom plate, the compression air spring, the connecting rod mechanism and the buffer air spring are driven to move at the same time when the tower working platform is opened before launching, then the exhaust connector can be separated from the rocket body, manual operation is not needed, and the operation process is simplified.

    本发明提供了一种排气连接器自动脱落装置,包括底板、压缩气簧、连杆机构、排气连接器、排气软管以及缓冲气簧;底板与塔架工作平台连接,连杆机构与底板转动连接,排气连接器铰接连接在连杆机构上;连杆机构包括多个铰接连接的杆件,压缩弹簧和缓冲气簧二者分别与连杆机构铰接连接,且连杆机构、压缩气簧以及缓冲气簧三者配合为排气连接器提供前后摆动和上下摆动的自由度;排气连接器将箭体排气口和排气软管连通。通过底板、压缩气簧、连杆机构以及缓冲气簧四者配合使排气连接器能够与箭体随动,发射前塔架工作平台打开时带动底板、压缩气簧、连杆机构以及缓冲气簧四者同时运动,即可使排气连接器与箭体分离,无需手动操作,简化了操作流程。
