The invention discloses an intelligent cooling system control method based on an MTB battery, and belongs to the technical field of electric engineering machinery cooling systems. A motor, a motor controller, a vehicle control unit, a water cooling unit, an oil cooling unit, a cooling water temperature sensor and a cooling oil temperature sensor are integrated together, the temperature of cooling water and the temperature of cooling oil are obtained and sent to a VCU, and the VCU controls operation modes and rotating speeds of a water cooling fan and an oil cooling fan of the water cooling unit and the oil cooling unit according to the temperature. The motor, the motor controller, the vehicle control unit, the water cooling unit, the oil cooling unit, the cooling water temperature sensor and the cooling oil temperature sensor are integrated together, the water cooling unit and the oil cooling unit are integrally controlled, and compared with a traditional distributed control method, the control efficiency and the cooling effect are improved.

    本发明的一种基于MTB电池的智能冷却系统控制方法,属于电动工程机械冷却系统技术领域。将电机、电机控制器、整车控制器、水冷机组、油冷机组、冷却水温度传感器和冷却油温度传感器集成在一起,获取冷却水和冷却油的温度并发送给VCU,VCU根据温度控制水冷机组和油冷机组的水冷风扇、油冷风扇的运行模式和转速。通过将电机、电机控制器、整车控制器、水冷机组、油冷机组、冷却水温度传感器和冷却油温度传感器集成在一起,对水冷机组、油冷机组进行一体化控制,相对于传统的分布式控制方法,提高了控制效率和冷却效果。
