The throttle valve is arranged between the first outlet and the second inlet and used for adjusting the flow of the refrigerant entering the cooling piece. The observation piece is arranged between the throttle valve and the second inlet and used for observing the state of the refrigerant flowing out of the throttle valve. The HVAC assembly is used for cooling the passenger compartment. And the thermostatic expansion valve is arranged between the first outlet and the third inlet, and is configured to cut off the flow channel between the first outlet and the thirdinlet when the temperature of the passenger compartment is lower than a preset value. The battery cooling system can improve the cooling efficiency of the battery and has high safety.
