The invention provides an amphibious vehicle wave suppression plate control method based on data calibration adaptive fuzzy control. The wave suppression plate of the amphibious vehicle is controlled by two groups of different hydraulic oil cylinders which are defined as the wave suppression plate 1 and the wave suppression plate 2, and the wave suppression plate 1 and the wave suppression plate 2 can synchronously and asynchronously work and respectively control the up-down angle and the front-back stretching and retracting of the wave suppression plate. A complete target angle is finally formed by combining a reference angle obtained by simulating voltage signal table look-up with a working condition obtained by enabling signals, and a relay controls a hydraulic valve to achieve the effect of tracking the target angle. According to existing simple position control, a relay jumps near a set threshold value in the process that a wave suppression plate reaches a target angle, and control stability is affected. According to the method, adaptive fuzzy control combined with data model fitting calibration is added, the problem that the relay jumps near the in-place control threshold value in the angle tracking process is solved while the angle tracking precision is guaranteed, the control precision is higher, the stability is better, and the method has good engineering application prospects.

    本发明提供一种基于数据标定自适应模糊控制的两栖车压浪板控制方法。此两栖车压浪板由两组不同的液压油缸控制,定义为压浪板1和压浪板2,可同步可异步工作,分别控制压浪板的上下角度和前后伸收。通过模拟电压信号查表得到的参考角度与使能信号得到的工况结合最终形成完整的目标角度,继电器控制液压阀,达到跟踪目标角度的效果。现有的简单的位式控制在压浪板到达目标角度的过程中继电器在设定的阈值附近跳变,影响控制的平稳性。本发明通过加入结合数据模型拟合标定的自适应模糊控制,在保证角度跟踪精度的同时,解决角度跟踪过程中继电器在位式控制阈值附近跳变的问题,控制精度更高,平稳性更好,有很好的工程应用前景。
