The lithium battery charging control circuit comprises a plurality of lithium battery charging units and a plurality of magnetic latching relay reset coils, all the lithium battery charging units are sequentially connected in series between the positive and negative poles of the DC power supply module; all the magnetic latching relay reset coils are connected in parallel between the positive and negative poles of a DC power supply module coil reset power supply; the lithium battery charging unit comprises a charging circuit, and the charging circuit is connected with a voltage detection and bypass switch control circuit and a lithium battery charging bypass circuit. According to the invention, precise control of series charging of the lithium batteries can be realized, and the system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
