The invention discloses a charging control circuit connected in parallel to two ends of a lithium battery. The charging control circuit comprises a starting circuit and a current control circuit, the starting circuit is connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the lithium battery; one end of the current control circuit is connected with the starting circuit, and the other end of the current control circuit is connected with the negative electrode of the lithium battery; the current control circuit comprises a maximum charging voltage setting circuit, a battery voltage sampling circuit, a subtraction circuit and a voltage-to-current circuit; the maximum charging voltage setting circuit and the battery voltage sampling circuit are respectively connected with the subtraction circuit; and the output end of the subtraction circuit is connected with the voltage-to-current circuit. According to the invention, faults caused by overcharge of the batteries under the out-of-control fault of the external charger can be avoided, and overvoltage control can be carried out on the charging voltage of the battery pack in which any number of lithium batteries are connected in series.
