The invention discloses a lane level speed limit control method for a construction area of a high-speed interleaving section in an Internet of Vehicles environment. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a construction influence control area of the high-speed interleaving section in the Internet of Vehicles environment into grids and numbering the grids; determining a construction influence control area grid area; collecting traffic characteristic data of the construction influence control area of the high-speed interleaving section; traffic flow operation characteristics in a traffic flow control grid area of the construction influence control area are calculated, and the traffic flow of the construction influence control area is calculated; determining a traffic flow distribution scheme of the construction influence control area of the high-speed interleaving section; and determining a guide traffic flow and speed sequence of each lane, and determining a lane-level speed-limiting control scheme of the high-speed interleaving section construction area. By means of the convenience and reliability of various traffic information interaction in the Internet of Vehicles environment, reasonable speed limiting is set for each lane in the high-speed interlacing section construction influence area in the Internet of Vehicles environment, uniform distribution of traffic flow of the road network is achieved, and the overall operation efficiency of the road network is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车联网环境高速交织段施工区车道级限速控制方法,包括:将车联网环境下的高速交织段施工影响控制区划分成网格并编号;确定施工影响控制区网格区域;采集高速交织段施工影响控制区交通特征数据;计算施工影响控制区车流控制网格区域内车流运行特征,计算施工影响控制区交通流量;确定高速交织段施工影响控制区车流分配方案;确定各车道引导车流车速排序,确定高速交织段施工区车道级限速控制方案。本发明借助车联网环境下各类交通信息交互的便利性、可靠性,对车联网环境下高速交织段施工影响区的各车道设置合理限速,实现路网车流量均匀分布,提高路网整体的运行效率。
