The invention discloses an Internet of Vehicles environment signal intersection vehicle speed guiding method based on a vehicle speed interval, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic. The invention aims to solve the problem that the effectiveness of speed guidance cannot be ensured due to the existence of the pilot right of a driver when the optimal speed is adopted for vehicle speed guidance in the prior art. Comprising the following steps: firstly, judging whether a current vehicle can pass through a signalized intersection without stopping under speed-free guidance; then, according to the road speed limit range, whether the vehicles which cannot pass through the signalized intersection without stopping under the condition of no speed guidance can pass through the signalized intersection without stopping through acceleration or deceleration operation or not is judged, and the vehicles which can pass through the signalized intersection without stopping through acceleration or deceleration operation are used as target vehicles; calculating the maximum driving speed and the minimum driving speed of the target vehicle; and finally, the interval formed by the maximum driving vehicle speed and the minimum driving vehicle speed is provided for a driver to autonomously select the speed. According to the invention, the speed guiding effect can be guaranteed.
