The invention discloses a power battery full life cycle remote monitoring system, and relates to the technical field of battery detection. The system comprises an electric vehicle and an Internet of Things platform. The electric vehicle is in communication connection with the Internet of Things platform through a wireless network or a 4G/5G communication interface; a power battery and a T-BOX module are arranged in the electric vehicle; the power battery comprises a Pack main control module, a battery data acquisition module, an RFID tag, a GPS module and an alarm module; the Internet of Things platform comprises a monitoring host, a server and an alarm module; and a life cycle monitoring model is built in the server. According to the method, the life cycle monitoring model is trained, the multi-coefficient model representing the relationship between the battery capacity and the charge-discharge cycle is trained, and the representation capability of the model is verified by using multiple groups of battery capacity attenuation data, so that the life prediction of the vehicle power battery in the full life cycle is realized, and the normal operation of power supply facilities is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池全生命周期远程监控系统,涉及电池检测技术领域。本发明包括电动汽车和物联网平台;电动汽车通过无线网络或4G/5G通信接口与物联网平台通讯连接;电动汽车内置有动力电池和T‑BOX模块;动力电池包括Pack主控模块、电池数据采集模块、RFID标签、GPS模块和报警模块;物联网平台包括监控主机、服务器和报警模块;服务器内置有生命周期监控模型。本发明通过训练生命周期监控模型训练,表征电池容量与充放循环关系的多系数模型,利用多组电池容量衰减数据验证该模型的表征能力,实现对车用动力电池全生命周期的寿命预测,保证了供电设施的正常运作。
