The carbon fiber wing sail shell comprises a carbon fiber wing sail shell side piece A and a carbon fiber wing sail shell side piece B, and a plurality of hand holes are formed in the carbon fiber wing sail shell side piece B. The carbon fiber wing sail shell is composed of the carbon fiber wing sail shell body and the metal framework, the metal framework is arranged on the lower portion of the inner cavity of the carbon fiber wing sail shell body, the upper portion of the inner cavity of the carbon fiber wing sail shell body can provide strength support through the structure of the carbon fiber wing sail shell body, and the interior of the carbon fiber wing sail shell body does not need the metal framework penetrating from top to bottom. The weight of the whole wing sail can be greatly reduced, the gravity center of the wing sail is reduced, the overall gravity center of the unmanned sailboat is further reduced, the rolling stability and the anti-overturning capacity of the unmanned sailboat are effectively guaranteed, and the unmanned sailboat is simple in installation and arrangement structure and easy to machine.

    本发明属于无人帆船制造领域,具体地说是一种无人帆船轻量化翼帆及其加工方法,包括碳纤维翼帆壳体及金属骨架,金属骨架设置于碳纤维翼帆壳体的内腔下部。碳纤维翼帆壳体包括碳纤维翼帆壳体侧片A及碳纤维翼帆壳体侧片B,碳纤维翼帆壳体侧片B上开设有若干个手孔。本发明通过由碳纤维翼帆壳体及金属骨架构成,且将金属骨架设置于碳纤维翼帆壳体的内腔下部,碳纤维翼帆壳体内腔上部则可通过碳纤维翼帆壳体本身的结构提供强度支撑,碳纤维翼帆壳体内部不需要自上而下贯穿的金属骨架,可以大大减轻整个翼帆的重量,降低翼帆的重心,进而降低无人帆船的整体重心,有效保证无人帆船的横摇稳定性及抗倾覆的能力,且安装设置结构简单,加工容易。
