The invention belongs to the field of unmanned sailboats, and particularly relates to a low-range unmanned sailboat sail rotating system which is characterized in that a rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on a sealed cabin, one end of the rotating shaft extends into a main frame body and is connected with a worm gear through a screw, and the other end of the rotating shaft is positioned outside the sealed cabin and is connected with a wing sail of the unmanned sailboat; the worm shaft is rotationally connected with the main frame body, the worm is arranged on the worm shaft in a sleeving mode and is in key connection with the worm shaft, the worm has the degree of freedom of sliding in the axial direction relative to the worm shaft, then gap adjustment between the worm gear and the worm is achieved, the worm is positioned through a gasket installed on the worm shaft after being adjusted in place, and the worm is meshed with the worm gear. The worm gear and the worm are double-lead worm gears and worms; the power source is fixedly connected with the main frame body, and the output end of the power source is connected with the worm shaft through a transmission mechanism. According to the invention, the double-lead worm gear and worm are adopted and matched with the gasket, so that the clearance adjustment of the worm gear and worm is realized, and the clearance is reduced and eliminated.

    本发明属于无人帆船领域,具体地说是一种低空程无人帆船转帆系统,转轴转动安装于密封舱上,转轴的一端伸入总框体内,并通过螺钉与蜗轮连接,转轴的另一端位于密封舱的外部,与无人帆船的翼帆相连;蜗杆轴与总框体转动连接,蜗杆套装在蜗杆轴上,与蜗杆轴键连接,且蜗杆相对于蜗杆轴具有沿轴向滑动的自由度,进而实现蜗轮与蜗杆之间的间隙调节,蜗杆调节到位后通过安装于蜗杆轴上的垫片定位,蜗杆与蜗轮相啮合,蜗轮及蜗杆为双导程蜗轮蜗杆;动力源与总框体固定连接,动力源的输出端通过传动机构与蜗杆轴相连。本发明采用了双导程蜗轮蜗杆,并且配合垫片,实现蜗轮蜗杆的间隙调节,减小并消除间隙。
