A turnout fault detection device disclosed by the present invention comprises a rail trolley and an obstacle device, the obstacle device comprises a clamping seat, the upper side of the clamping seat is fixedly connected with a supporting block, the supporting block is provided with a vertical flat chute, the interior of the flat chute is slidably connected with a supporting plate, one end of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a cylinder, and the upper side of the supporting block is fixedly connected with a gearbox. The bottom of the gearbox is rotatably connected with two tire wheels, the two tire wheels are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the supporting plate in a squeezing mode, the ends, extending into the gearbox, of rotating shafts of the tire wheels are fixedly connected with first bevel gears, a driving shaft is transversely and rotatably connected into the gearbox, the middle of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a shifting wheel, the driving shaft is fixedly connected with second bevel gears, and the second bevel gears are meshed with the first bevel gears. The track trolley moves forwards for detection once, so that the supporting plate goes deep into the included angle between the switch rail and the stock rail once, the obstacle is located at different positions, the influence condition of the obstacle is gradually tested, and whether the turnout can recognize the influence of the obstacle or not is comprehensively detected.

    本发明公开了一种道岔故障检测装置,包括轨道小车和障碍器,障碍器包括卡座,卡座上侧固定连接支撑块,支撑块设有竖向设置的扁平滑槽,扁平滑槽内滑动连接支撑板,支撑板一端固定连接圆柱,支撑块上侧固定连接齿轮箱,齿轮箱底部转动连接两个胎轮,两个胎轮对应挤压设置在支撑板两侧,胎轮的转轴伸入齿轮箱的一端固定连接第一伞齿,齿轮箱内横向转动连接驱动轴,驱动轴中部固定连接拨动轮,驱动轴上固定连接第二伞齿,第二伞齿与第一伞齿啮合。本发明通过轨道小车前行检测一次,使得支撑板将圆柱往尖轨和基本轨的夹角处深入一次,使得障碍物处于不同位置,逐渐测试障碍物的影响状况,从而全面的检测道岔能否识别障碍物的影响。
