The invention discloses a turnout fault detection device, which comprises a detection box, wherein two mounting frames are symmetrically and fixedly connected to both sides of the detection box; mounting cavities are arranged in the mounting frames; sliding openings are arranged at the bottoms of the mounting frames; and threaded screws are rotatably connected in the mounting frames. The invention relates to the technical field of turnout detection. Four servo motors are started at the same time to make the threaded screw rotate, so that nuts drive rollers to move horizontally along the direction of a guide rod, so that the distance between the four rollers can be quickly increased by slowly moving away from each other, which is convenient for the detection device to move at a road fork and detect turnouts conveniently.
