The invention discloses an air suspension height adjusting method and an air suspension controller. The air suspension height adjusting method comprises the steps that whether a sensor and a whole vehicle signal are abnormal or not is detected; if so, entering a height adjustment suppression function mode; if not, the height of the air suspension is adjusted to the corresponding position according to the on-off state selected by the driver; when the vehicle runs, the vehicle speed is detected in real time, if the vehicle speed exceeds a preset threshold value, a speed-following automatic adjusting mode is triggered, and the state of the air suspension is adjusted according to the vehicle speed; in the vehicle running process, load changes are calculated in real time, if vehicle body height changes caused by the load changes exceed a preset threshold value, a load compensation mode is started, and the vehicle body height variation is compensated; after the whole vehicle is shut down and powered off, entering a periodic wake-up height control mode, periodically detecting the height of the vehicle body, and adjusting the height of the vehicle body to a target state. According to the air suspension height adjusting method, the safety risk possibly occurring when the vehicle speed is too high can be avoided, and the driving safety and the riding comfort are improved.

    本发明公开了一种空气悬架高度调节方法及空气悬架控制器,所述方法包括:检测传感器及整车信号是否存在异常;若异常,则进入高度调节抑制功能模式;若无异常,则根据驾驶员选择的开关状态将空气悬架高度调整到对应位置;车辆行驶中,实时检测车速,若车速超过预设阈值,则触发随速自动调节模式,根据车速节空气悬架状态;车辆行驶中,实时计算载荷变化,若载荷变动导致车身高度变化超过预设阈值则进入载荷补偿模式,补偿车身高度的变化量;整车熄火下电后,进入周期唤醒高度控制模式,周期性检测车身高度,调整车身高度至目标状态。本发明的空气悬架高度调节方法,能够避免车速过高时可能出现的安全风险,提高行驶安全性和乘坐舒适性。
