The invention provides a special vehicle air suspension lifting shaft control system, and relates to the technical field of air suspensions. An air outlet of an air storage cylinder communicates with an air inlet of a first electromagnetic valve, a first air outlet of the first electromagnetic valve communicates with an air inlet of a second electromagnetic valve, and a second air outlet of the first electromagnetic valve communicates with a left lifting air bag and a right lifting air bag correspondingly. A first air outlet of the second electromagnetic valve is communicated with the right bearing air bag and the right overflow valve, and a second air outlet of the second electromagnetic valve is communicated with the left bearing air bag and the left overflow valve. The left lifting air bag and the right lifting air bag are used for providing lifting force for the lifting shaft so as to achieve lifting of the air suspension. The left bearing air bag and the right bearing air bag are used for providing bearing force for the lifting shaft. The two electromagnetic valves are arranged on the air paths of the bearing air bag and the lifting air bag of the air suspension, so that a driver does not need to get off, and lifting of the lifting shaft and height adjustment of the frame are controlled by controlling a switch on an instrument desk and observing instrument axle load display.

    本发明提出的一种专用车空气悬架提升轴控制系统,涉及空气悬架技术领域。包括:储气筒的出气口与第一电磁阀的进气口连通,第一电磁阀的第一出气口与第二电磁阀的进气口连通,第一电磁阀的第二出气口分别与左右提升气囊连通。第二电磁阀的第一出气口分别与右承载气囊和右溢流阀连通,第二电磁阀的第二出气口分别与左承载气囊和左溢流阀连通。左提升气囊和右提升气囊用于为提升轴提供提升力,以实现空气悬架的升降;左承载气囊和右承载气囊用于为提升轴提供承载力。本发明通过在空气悬架的承载气囊和提升气囊的气路上设置两个电磁阀,实现了驾驶员无需下车,通过操控仪表台上的开关及观察仪表轴荷显示,控制提升轴升降及车架高度调节。
