The invention provides an anti-swing control method and system for variable amplitude motion of a tower crane, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining output torque extreme value data in a frequency converter in real time when the tower crane runs; carrying out different value removal and extremum processing on the output torque extreme value data in sequence to detect whether the output torque extreme value exceeds the output torque extreme value corresponding to a set angle threshold value or not; if yes, the rope length and the hoisting weight of the tower crane at the moment are obtained through a tower crane height sensor and a weight sensor, the maximum operation frequency of the tower crane is calculated in combination with the output torque extreme value corresponding to the set angle threshold value, and the control system limits the operation frequency not to exceed the maximum frequency. According to the method, the problem that the swing angle of the tower crane cannot be specifically measured is solved, a swing angle sensor does not need to be installed, and the cost and complexity of the tower crane are reduced; the swing angle of the tower crane in the amplitude variation process can be prevented from being too large in a complex operation environment, so that the working efficiency and the safety of operation are improved.

    本发明提供了一种塔式起重机变幅运动的防摇摆控制方法和系统,包括:塔式起重机运行时,实时获取变频器中输出转矩极值数据;对输出转矩极值数据依次进行异值去除化与极值化处理检测所述输出转矩极值是否超过设定角度阈值所对应的输出转矩极值;若是,通过塔机高度传感器与重量传感器来获取此时塔机的绳长与吊重,结合设定角度阈值所对应的输出转矩极值计算塔机运行最大频率,控制系统限制运行频率不超过所述最大频率。该方法解决了塔式起重机摆动角度无法具体测量的问题,且无须安装摆角传感器,降低塔式起重机的成本和复杂性;可在复杂的作业环境下避免塔式起重机变幅过程中摆角过大,从而提高作业的工作效率与安全性。
