The epoxy resin and carbon black composite film comprises an insulating matrix and epoxy resin and carbon black composite film sensing elements, and the epoxy resin and carbon black composite film sensing elements are arranged at each measuring point along three different directions and have a strain resistance effect. Due to the strain resistance effect, when the composite material repairing structure deforms when bearing an external load or the structure has damage defects such as layering, debonding and the like, the resistance of the health detection element changes, and strain data of a health detection point can be obtained through bridge output voltage by utilizing a Wheatstone bridge and calibrating experimental data. The magnitude and direction of the main strain of each measuring point can be obtained by using the linear strain of each measuring point along three directions.
