The invention relates to a rotating grid method considering road network complexity, which comprises the following steps of: introducing the road network complexity and calculating so as to quantify a road network structure; calculating the rotation lifting degree according to the statistical index, and judging whether the rotation grid is suitable for being used as a space analysis unit or not according to the rotation lifting degree; and when the rotating grid is used as a spatial analysis unit, an angle corresponding to the maximum value of the grid area difference ratio is used as a rotating angle of the rotating grid. The invention further comprises a rotating grid system considering the road network complexity, by adopting the rotating grid method and system considering the road network complexity, when the rotating grid is suitable for being used as a spatial analysis unit can be judged, and when the rotating grid is used as the spatial analysis unit, the rotating angle can be determined.

    本发明涉及一种顾及道路网络复杂度的旋转网格方法,包括步骤:引入道路网络复杂度并进行计算,以对道路网络结构进行量化;依据统计指标计算旋转提升度,并依据旋转提升度判断是否适合以旋转网格作为空间分析单元;在以旋转网格作为空间分析单元时,以网格面积差异比最大的值所对应的角度,作为旋转网格的旋转角度。本发明还包括一种顾及道路网络复杂度的旋转网格系统,采用本发明所述的顾及道路网络复杂度的旋转网格方法及系统可判断何时适合以旋转网格作为空间分析单元,且在以旋转网格作为空间分析单元时,能够确定旋转角度。
