The invention provides an urban road network capacity reliability evaluation method considering cognitive uncertainty, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an urban road network as an undirected network, and selecting the real-time capacity of a road as a performance parameter of the road; determining random distribution of road capacity and uncertain distribution of road capacity threshold values; calculating an urban road network balanced congestion index under any time step length based on all side capacities and node capacity threshold values in the road network and load characteristics of each node, so as to construct a fault propagation model; and on the basis of the fault propagation model, constructing an uncertain measure when a road network equilibrium congestion index is smaller than a threshold value, completing modeling of an urban road network capacity definite reliability model, and calculating the road network definite reliability under any time step length. The method is based on the definite reliability theory, aims at the capacity definite reliability evaluation of roads and road networks, and is used for better guiding the design, planning, management, control and emergency processing of the urban road network.
本发明提供了一种考虑认知不确定性的城市道路网络容量可靠性的评价方法,将城市道路网络构建为无向网络,选取道路实时容量作为道路的性能参数;确定道路容量的随机分布,道路容量阈值的不确定分布;基于道路网络中所有边容量、节点容量阈值,以及每个节点的负载特性计算任意时间步长下的城市道路网络均衡拥挤指数,从而构建故障传播模型;基于故障传播模型构建道路网络均衡拥堵指数小于其阈值时的不确定测度,完成城市道路网络容量确信可靠度模型建模,计算任意时间步长下的道路网络确信可靠度。本发明以确信可靠性理论为基础,以道路、路网的容量确信可靠性评价为目标,用于更好地指导城市道路网络的设计、规划、管理、控制和应急处理。
