The invention relates to the technical field of battery replacing equipment, and provides a battery replacing device and a battery replacing trolley, the battery replacing device comprises a lifting tool platform, a grabbing device and a guiding device, the grabbing device is connected with the lifting tool platform through a lifting mechanism, and the grabbing device is used for grabbing a battery; the guide device comprises at least four guide rods which are arranged on the outer side of the grabbing device in a surrounding mode, the guide rods are connected with the lifting tool platform, the grabbing device is connected with the guide rods in a sliding mode, the grabbing device can ascend and descend along the guide rods so as to drive the batteries to ascend and descend, and the length of the guide rods is adjustable. The guiding device plays a guiding and limiting role in lifting of the grabbing device, the shaking amount of the battery can be effectively reduced when the battery changing vehicle changes the battery for the engineering machinery, and then collision and dislocation of the battery are avoided; and the length of the guide rod is adjustable, so that the guide stroke can be increased, and the battery replacing device can be adapted to batteries with different heights.

    本发明涉及换电设备技术领域,提供一种换电装置及换电车,换电装置包括吊具平台、抓取装置和导向装置,抓取装置与吊具平台通过升降机构连接,抓取装置用于抓取电池;导向装置包括至少四根导向杆,环绕设置在抓取装置外侧,导向杆与吊具平台连接,抓取装置与导向杆滑动连接,抓取装置能够沿导向杆升降、以带动电池升降,导向杆的长度可调。通过导向装置为抓取装置的升降起到导向和限位作用,可以有效降低换电车为工程机械换电时,电池的晃动量,进而避免了电池的磕碰以及错位;并且导向杆的长度可调,可以增加导向行程,使换电装置可以适配于不同高度的电池。
