The system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a wireless charging platform, a non-contact charging device and a power supply. The wireless charging platform is arranged on a base of a fan or the top of a cabin cover, the non-contact charging device comprises an active magnetic field generator and a passive magnetic field receiver, the active magnetic field generator is located on the wireless charging platform, the input end of the active magnetic field generator is connected with the output end of a power source, and the passive magnetic field receiver is arranged in the unmanned aerial vehicle. The output end of the passive magnetic field receiver is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle power input end. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be charged during a patrol task execution interval, and the cruising range, efficiency and operation management capability of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved.
