The invention relates to the technical field of heavy trucks, and particularly discloses a parallel oil-electricity hybrid power vehicle type starting gear shifting system and a control method.The parallel oil-electricity hybrid power vehicle type starting gear shifting system comprises an integrated starting gear shifting module control unit, a gearbox, an engine and a motor, and the integrated starting gear shifting module control unit is connected with an ECU of the engine, an MCU of the motor and a TCU of the gearbox through a bus; the integrated starting gear-shifting module control unit is used for controlling the rotating speed of a motor and/or an engine to an input shaft of a gearbox, the integrated starting gear-shifting module control unit is connected with a clutch through a bus, the clutch is connected with a TCU of the gearbox, and the integrated starting gear-shifting module control unit is used for controlling the displacement of the clutch; vehicle starting control without a synchronizer on the gearbox is achieved, starting gear shifting is achieved through the whole vehicle control unit in different control modes during motor driving and engine driving, an input shaft of the gearbox is controlled to be maintained in a small rotating speed range, gears are easier to mesh, and it is guaranteed that gear advancing is smooth.

    本发明涉及重型卡车技术领域,具体公开了一种并联油电混合动力车型起步换挡系统及控制方法,包括集成起步换挡模块控制单元、变速箱、发动机和电机,集成起步换挡模块控制单元通过总线连接发动机的ECU、电机的MCU和变速箱的TCU,用于集成起步换挡模块控制单元控制电机和\或发动机对变速箱输入轴的转速,集成起步换挡模块控制单元通过总线连接离合器,离合器连接变速箱的TCU,用于集成起步换挡模块控制单元控制离合器的位移;本发明实现变速箱不带同步器的车辆起步控制,通过整车控制单元分别在电机驱动时和发动机驱动时以不同控制方式来实现起步换档,控制变速箱输入轴维持在一个小转速范围,齿轮更容易啮合,保证进档顺利。
