The invention discloses a position deviation and metal foreign matter detection system for wireless charging of an electric vehicle, a bidirectional wireless electric energy transmission system is configured between a ground end and a vehicle-mounted end, an array type foreign matter detection coil is further configured on a coil of the ground end, and when metal foreign matter detection is executed, the array type foreign matter detection coil is connected with the ground end. The detection voltage of each foreign matter detection sub-coil is collected, the sum of the detection voltages of the two foreign matter detection sub-coils at the central symmetry position of the original point serves as a set of reference voltage, and metal foreign matter detection is achieved by analyzing the change condition of the eight sets of reference voltage. Offset detection sub-coils are respectively overlapped on the foreign matter detection sub-coils at the four vertex angles, and when the offset detection of the vehicle-mounted end coil is executed, the voltage of any offset detection sub-coil is acquired to realize the offset detection of the vehicle-mounted end coil. The vehicle-mounted terminal deviation detection device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to control, capable of achieving vehicle-mounted terminal deviation detection with high efficiency and low cost, and capable of conveniently achieving metal foreign matter detection.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动汽车无线充电的位置偏移与金属异物检测系统,地面端和车载端之间配置有双向无线电能传输系统,在地面端线圈上还配置有阵列式异物检测线圈,在执行金属异物检测时,分别采集每个异物检测子线圈的检测电压,并以原点中心对称位置上的两个异物检测子线圈的检测电压之和后作为一组参考电压,通过分析8组参考电压的变化情况实现金属异物检测,在4个顶角处的异物检测子线圈上还分别叠合有偏移检测子线圈,在执行车载端线圈偏移检测时,采集任一偏移检测子线圈的电压实现车载端线圈偏移检测。其效果是:结构简单,控制方便,既能够高效低成本的实现车载端偏移检测,又能够方便的实现金属异物检测。
