The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to a long and large bridge toll vehicle dynamic scheduling and toll station congestion assessment method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, defining elements participating in dynamic scheduling of network-connected toll vehicles in a long and large bridge and function positioning of each element; s2, determining communication means between mobile toll collection vehicles, between the mobile toll collection vehicles and traffic facilities, and between the mobile toll collection vehicles, the traffic facilities and a traffic information center in the scheduling process; and S3, determining the dynamic scheduling process of the network-connected toll vehicles in the long and large bridge, wherein the dynamic scheduling process comprises a vehicle grouping process and a grouping speed regulation process. Through a series of designs, the speed of vehicles in the long and large bridge can be adjusted, and the number of service desks of the toll station can be dynamically adjusted, so that the crowding phenomenon at the long and large bridge toll station can be effectively improved; and the method also has universality for multi-lane tunnels and highway toll collection scenes.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种长大桥梁收费车辆动态调度与收费站拥挤评估方法。本发明包括以下步骤:S1:明确长大桥梁中参与网联收费车辆动态调度的元素及各元素的功能定位;S2:确定调度过程中移动收费车辆之间、移动收费车辆与交通设施之间、移动收费车辆以及交通设施与交通信息中心之间的通讯手段;S3:明确长大桥梁中网联收费车辆动态调度过程的步骤,分别为车辆分组过程以及组团速度调控。本发明通过一系列的设计,能够调节长大桥梁内车辆的速度以及动态调节收费站的服务台数量,使得长大桥梁收费站处拥挤现象可得到有效改善;且对多车道隧道以及高速路收费场景也具有普适性。
