The invention provides a steel rail surface light band detection method and equipment, and the method comprises a light band region recognition step, a light band two-dimensional information acquisition step, a rail piece point cloud generation step, a rail piece center point extraction step and a light band offset acquisition step, and comprises the steps: recognizing and segmenting a light band region in a two-dimensional image through a trained semantic segmentation model; the identification is comprehensive and rapid and the accuracy is high; partial contour point location data corresponding to a two-dimensional image is extracted to generate rail piece point clouds, and small-range point clouds are further extracted based on a light band center point for further calculation and analysis, so that only a relatively small amount of data collected by a line laser sensor needs to be analyzed and processed, the calculation amount is small, and the calculation efficiency is high. The detected rail surface light band and the offset thereof can be quickly output, and on-site detection and analysis are facilitated; based on the extracted effective point cloud of the light band, the coordinate of the central point of the rail piece is obtained through a fitting plane, the influence of some other types of rail surface damage can be effectively eliminated through the fitting plane, and the accurate offset of the light band is obtained.

    本发明提供一种钢轨轨面光带检测方法及设备,包括光带区域识别步骤、光带二维信息获取步骤、轨件点云生成步骤、轨件中心点提取步骤、光带偏移量获取步骤,其中,通过训练好的语义分割模型识别分割出二维图像中的光带区域,识别全面快速且准确率高;提取出对应于二维图像的部分轮廓点位数据生成轨件点云,并基于光带中心点进一步提取出小范围的点云进一步计算分析,因此仅需要对相对少量的线激光传感器采集的数据进行分析处理,运算量少,能很快输出检测出的轨面光带及其偏移量,有利于现场的检测分析;基于提取出的光带有效点云通过拟合平面得到轨件中心点坐标,通过拟合平面可有效排除一些其他类型的轨面伤损的影响,得到准确的光带偏移量。
