The invention relates to the technical field of building measurement construction, in particular to equipment for automatically measuring a prefabricated part based on the space scanning technology and a measurement method.The equipment comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, measurement scanning equipment, a balance connecting mechanism and an auxiliary assembly, and the unmanned aerial vehicle and the measurement scanning equipment are fixedly connected through the arranged balance connecting mechanism; the balance connection mechanism ensures the balance stability of the measurement scanning equipment in the measurement work; through cooperative use of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the measurement scanning equipment and the balance connecting mechanism, it is guaranteed that vibration generated by balance of the unmanned aerial vehicle in a suspended state during aerial scanning work has a positive influence on the accuracy of the scanning work, the unmanned aerial vehicle and the measurement scanning equipment have a buffering, stabilizing and protecting function, and the stability of the measurement scanning equipment is improved. In the continuous flight process, the stability of connection between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be ensured; the corresponding working flexibility is realized; and the scanning working quality is improved.

    本发明涉及建筑量测施工技术领域,具体为基于空间扫描技术自动量测预制构件的设备及量测方法,包括无人机、测量扫面设备和平衡连接机构、辅助组件,所述无人机与测量扫面设备通过设置的平衡连接机构进行固定连接,且平衡连接机构保证测量扫面设备在测量工作中的平衡稳定性;通过无人机、测量扫面设备与平衡连接机构之间的配合使用,保证在进行空中扫描工作时,无人机悬空状态下平衡产生的振动,对于扫描工作的精确性具有积极影响,无人机与测量扫面设备之间具有缓冲稳定保护功能,且在不断的飞行过程中,也能够保证两者连接的稳固性;具有相应的工作灵活性以及提高扫描工作质量。
