According to the flap provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first vent hole is formed in the side edge of the flap, the first vent hole is provided with the first air inlet and the first air outlet, the first air inlet is formed in the lower surface of the flap, and the first air outlet is formed in the side surface of the flap; gas entering from the first gas inlet is exhausted through the first gas outlet formed in the side surface of the side edge of the flap, the gas exhausted from the first gas outlet can effectively dissipate the strength of the vortex system structure of the side edge of the flap, and meanwhile the vortex nucleus of the vortex system structure of the side edge of the flap is pushed to the position away from the wall face. Therefore, the interaction between the vortex system structure and the wall surface is reduced, the dynamic pressure load on the surface of the flap side edge is reduced, and finally the purpose of reducing the noise of the flap side edge is achieved. The aircraft provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the technical effects due to the fact that the aircraft comprises the flap.

    本申请涉及飞行器降噪技术领域,尤其涉及一种襟翼及飞行器。本申请的实施例提供的襟翼,在襟翼的侧缘设置有第一通气孔,第一通气孔具有第一进气口和第一出气口,第一进气口设置于襟翼下表面,第一出气口设置于襟翼的侧表面,在飞行器运行过程中,由第一进气口进入的气体通过设置于襟翼的侧缘的侧表面上的第一出气口排出,由第一出气口排出的气体可有效地耗散襟翼侧缘涡系结构的强度,同时将襟翼侧缘涡系结构的涡核推向远离壁面的位置,进而降低涡系结构与壁面之间的相互作用,降低襟翼侧缘表面上的动态压力载荷,最终达到降低襟翼侧缘噪声的目的。本申请的实施例提供的飞行器,由于包括上述的襟翼,因此也具有上述的技术效果。
