The invention relates to an eddy current braking structure and a load releasing device. The air pressure release structure is arranged on the opening in one side and controllably releases high-pressure air to the piston cylinder; the braking mechanism slides in the piston cylinder under the action of high-pressure gas and realizes automatic braking according to gas compression; the brake mechanism comprises two cover plates sliding in the piston cylinder, an inner magnetic ring and an outer magnetic ring. The device is compact and reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, and large-range variable-depth underwater load release can be realized by adopting a water pressure balance type release technology. A flexible cable and a two-time air inlet mode are comprehensively adopted, whole-process acceleration of the load can be achieved, energy distribution in the release process can be greatly slowed down, and flow noise in the release process is reduced. The braking mechanism adopts an eddy current braking mode, so that the air cushion effect of sharp rising of the reverse cavity pressure of the piston cylinder at the last stage of movement can be effectively reduced, and the impact noise in the piston buffering process can be greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及涡流制动结构及负载释放装置,包括活塞缸;气压释放结构,设置于其中一侧的开口上并可控的向活塞缸释放高压气体;制动机构,其经高压气体作用滑动于活塞缸内,并根据气体压缩实现自动制动;所述制动机构包括两个滑动在活塞缸内的盖板,内磁环,外磁环。本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作方便,通过采用水压平衡式释放技术,可以实现大范围变深度水下负载释放。综合采用柔性索和两次进气方式,既可以实现负载全过程加速,又可以大幅平缓释放过程的能量分布,降低释放过程流动噪声。制动机构采用涡流制动模式,既可以有效减小运动末期活塞缸反腔压力急剧升高的气垫效应,又可以大幅降低活塞缓冲过程撞击噪声。
