The invention relates to a novel vertical rod overturning locking structure of a following vehicle. At least two positioning grooves need to be machined in the inner area of the lower end of a vertical rod in an existing structure, so that the machining difficulty is large, the production cost is high, and the assembly requirements of multiple different vehicle types are difficult to meet. Stopping blocks are arranged on the upper end planes of the two sides of a front fork frame, clamping blocks are formed at the front ends of the two sides of the lower portion of a vertical rod, buckling blocks are formed on the two sides of the rear end of a fender, and when the vertical rod is in an upright unfolding state, the upper end faces of the clamping blocks are matched with the buckling blocks, and the rear side faces of the lower ends of the clamping blocks abut against the stopping blocks; when the vertical rod is in a turnover state, the rear side face of the lower end of the clamping block abuts against the upper end face of the buckling block to form limiting. The structure is simpler and more reasonable, the machining difficulty is reduced, and the assembly requirements of different vehicle types are met, and batch production is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种随行车的新型立杆翻转锁定结构。现有结构中需在立杆下端的内部区域加工至少两个定位凹槽,导致加工难度大,生产成本高,难以覆盖多个不同车型的装配需求。本发明在前叉架在两侧的上端平面上设置止挡块,所述立杆在下部两侧的前端形成卡块,所述的挡泥板后端两侧形成扣块,立杆处于直立展开状态时,所述卡块的上端面与扣块相配,卡块的下端后侧面与所述的止挡块相抵靠;所述的立杆处于翻倒状态时,卡块的下端后侧面与所述扣块的上端面相抵靠形成限位。本发明结构更为简洁合理,降低加工难度,适合批量生产,覆盖不同车型的装配需求。
