The invention provides a track detection unit and detection equipment, the track detection unit comprises a mounting main body, at least four line laser sensors and a two-dimensional camera, the four line laser sensors are fixedly mounted on the mounting main body according to a pre-designed arrangement, and the relative positions of the four line laser sensors are fixed, so that the position precision among the line laser sensors is very high; during movement detection, position change between the sensors can be effectively avoided, and a high-precision track profile line is obtained; due to the fact that the two-dimensional camera is arranged, the image of the upper surface of the track can be obtained, various defects such as chipping, abrasion and light band deviation of the track can be judged in advance based on the image, the chipping depth and the abrasion depth can be further detected in combination with the obtained profile line, the computing power of computing equipment can be saved, and the computing efficiency is effectively improved. In addition, the track detection unit is designed as an independent module, can be disassembled and assembled as a whole, is convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain, and can effectively avoid the position change between the line laser sensors in the maintenance process.

    本发明提供一种轨道检测单元及检测设备,包括安装主体、至少四个线激光传感器以及二维相机,由于四个线激光传感器均按预先设计的排布固定安装在安装主体上,其相对位置固定,因此线激光传感器之间的位置精度非常高,在移动检测时可有效避免传感器之间的位置变动,获得高精度的轨道廓形线;由于具有二维相机,因此能够获取轨道上表面图像,基于该图像可预先判断轨道的多种缺陷,如掉块、磨损、光带偏移等,再结合获取的廓形线进一步检测掉块、磨损的深度等,可节省计算设备的算力,有效提高计算效率。此外,轨道检测单元作为独立模块设计,可作为一个整体进行拆装,拆装维护方便,可有效避免维护过程中线激光传感器之间的位置变动。
