The turnout passing mechanism comprises a first guide assembly and a second guide assembly; the first guide assembly comprises a first connecting shaft and a guide wheel, and the guide face of the guide wheel is attached to the side face of the fork core under driving of the first connecting shaft and can rotate around the first connecting shaft. The second guiding assembly comprises a second connecting shaft and a roller, and the roller surface of the roller makes contact with the side face of the fork core along with the second connecting shaft and rotates under guiding of the gradient of the side face of the fork core. By means of the turnout passing mechanism, the stability of the equipment passing through the turnout area is improved, loss is reduced, the detection accuracy and reliability of the turnout area are improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
