The invention discloses a charging station, a ship energy complementing system and a charging method thereof. The ship energy complementing system comprises a ship and a charging device. The ship comprises a battery module, an electric control assembly and a power receiving part, and the electric control assembly is electrically connected with the battery module and the power receiving part. The charging device and the ship are arranged in a split mode, and the charging device comprises a charging head. The ship energy supplementing system has a charging state, and in the charging state, the charging head is electrically connected with the power receiving part. According to the charging device, the charging device is provided with the charging head, the ship can be charged by connecting the charging head with the power receiving part on the ship, the operation cost of the ship is reduced, economical efficiency is good, waste gas emission is avoided, and pollution to the environment is reduced or avoided.
