The invention discloses a hub speed reduction system, an electric wheel and a vehicle. The hub speed reduction system comprises a motor, a planetary gear speed reduction mechanism and a brake. The motor is used for being fixedly arranged on a vehicle frame, the motor comprises a stator and a rotor which are installed in a relative rotation mode, the planetary gear speed reducing mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet gear, a planet carrier and a gear ring, the gear ring is fixedly connected with the stator, the sun gear is in driving connection with the rotor, and the planet carrier is in driving connection with the planet gear. The brake comprises a movable part and a friction part which can move relatively, the friction part is used for being fixedly arranged on a frame, the movable part is in driving connection with the planet carrier, and the rotating center of the planet gear speed reducing mechanism, the rotating center of the movable part and the rotating center of the motor are coaxially arranged. The invention aims to solve the problems of compact running structure, convenience in arrangement, maximization of vehicle use space and high transmission efficiency on the premise of ensuring normal driving of wheels, and can be matched with a distributed system for use.
