The invention discloses a lightweight tire structure design, and belongs to the technical field of tires, and the lightweight tire structure design comprises a hub and a tire; the tire sleeves the outer side of the surface of the hub to form a tire assembly; a tread with antiskid grooves is arranged on the surface of the tire; the inner side of the tread is provided with a crown belt which is wound in a strip shape along the circumferential direction and is used for improving the high-speed performance and durability of the tire; a belt ply which is attached to the cap ply and tightly hoops a tire body in the circumferential direction of the center line of the tread is arranged on the inner side of the cap ply, and through application of novel rare earth element catalyzed cis-butadiene rubber, high-TG-point solution polymerized styrene-butadiene and high-structure low-particle-size carbon black in a rubber material formula, the tire has higher wear resistance and lower heat generation performance; the use amount of rubber at parts such as a tire and a sidewall is reduced, the tread rubber, sidewall rubber, shoulder pad rubber, a rubber core and a steel wire ring are structurally optimized again by reducing the width of a tire body and replacing the type, density and width of a steel wire of a belted layer, the use amount of raw materials is reduced, and the overall light weight is realized on the premise of ensuring the performance of the tire.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化的轮胎结构设计,属于轮胎技术领域,包括轮毂和轮胎;轮胎套设于轮毂的表面外侧构成轮胎总成;轮胎的表面设置有具有防滑沟纹的胎面;胎面的内侧设置有沿圆周方向条状缠绕用于提高轮胎高速性能和耐用性的冠带;冠带的内侧设置有与冠带相贴合且沿胎面中心线圆周方向箍紧胎体的的带束层,通过新型稀土元素催化顺丁胶、高TG点溶聚丁苯、高结构低粒径炭黑在胶料配方中的应用,使轮胎具有更高的耐磨性能及较低的生热性能,减少胎、胎侧等部位胶的用量,通过减小胎体宽度,更换带束层钢丝线种、密度及宽度,对胎面胶、胎侧胶、肩垫胶、胶芯、钢丝圈重新进行结构优化,减少原材料的用量,整体在保证轮胎性能的前提下实现轻量化。
