The invention relates to a lightweight truck tire structure which comprises a steel wire ring, a bead filler core, a tire crown layer, a tire side layer and a lining layer, the triangular rubber core is arranged at the top of the steel wire ring; the tire crown layer is arranged above the triangular rubber core; the tire side layer covers the outer side surfaces of the steel wire ring and the triangular rubber core and extends to the bottom of the tire crown layer along the radial direction of the steel wire ring; the lining layer covers the inner side surfaces of the steel wire ring, the apex core, the tire side layer and the tire crown layer; the steel wire ring is of a double-layer hollow structure; the bottom of the triangular rubber core wraps the outer portion of the steel wire ring in a surrounding mode. The overall weight of the tire is reduced through the steel wire ring of the hollow structure, and the firmness of the steel wire ring is still guaranteed through the double-layer structure of the steel wire ring. Meanwhile, the steel wire ring is wrapped by the bottom of the apex core, so that the bonding performance of the steel wire ring is improved, the steel wire ring can be stably attached to other structures, the rubber consumption of the truck tire can be reduced, and the purpose of light weight is achieved.
本发明涉及一种轻量化的载重轮胎结构,包括:钢丝圈、三角胶芯、胎冠层、胎侧层和内衬层;三角胶芯设置于钢丝圈的顶部;胎冠层设置于三角胶芯的上方;胎侧层包覆于钢丝圈和三角胶芯的外侧面设置,并沿钢丝圈的径向方向延伸至胎冠层底部;内衬层包覆于钢丝圈、三角胶芯、胎侧层和胎冠层的内侧面设置;钢丝圈为双层式中空结构;三角胶芯的底部环绕包覆于钢丝圈的外部设置。通过中空结构的钢丝圈,减轻了轮胎的整体重量,并通过钢丝圈的双层式结构,依然保证了钢丝圈的坚固性。同时,通过三角胶芯的底部对钢丝圈进行包覆,提高了钢丝圈的粘合性能,使钢丝圈能够完成与其他结构的稳固贴合,进而可以减少载重轮胎的橡胶使用量,从而达到轻量化的目的。
