The bulk cargo berth used under the heavy stormy wave condition comprises a wharf berth, a first sliding groove is formed in the front end of the bottom of the wharf berth, and a berth door is arranged on the first sliding groove; anti-collision devices are arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the wharf berth; second sliding grooves are formed in the tops of the left side wall and the right side wall of the wharf berth, and movable fixing piles are arranged in the second sliding grooves. By arranging the berth door, water in the berth is isolated from the outside, and then the stability of the ship is guaranteed; meanwhile, anti-collision plates are further arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the wharf berth, the impact force of ship collision is weakened through the action of a damper and a first spring, and then the safety of a ship body is guaranteed; and finally, clamping holes are formed in second sliding grooves in the tops of the left side wall and the right side wall of the wharf berth, and through movable combination of clamping rods on the movable fixing piles and the clamping holes, position movement of the fixing piles is achieved.
