The invention discloses a hoisting tool for a large-tonnage long shaft and an assembling method of the hoisting tool. The hoisting tool comprises a hoisting ring, a hoisting seat, a transverse pin, a double-layer hoisting rod, a plug pin and a radial plate. The lifting ring penetrates through the lifting seat and is integrated with the lifting seat; and the lower part of the double-layer lifting rod is a cuboid, a U-shaped groove is formed in the bottom end of the double-layer lifting rod, holes are formed in the two sides of the groove, and the double-layer lifting rod is connected with the radial plate through bolts. The upper part of the radial plate is semicircular and is connected with the double-layer suspender through a bolt penetrating hole, the lower part of the radial plate is provided with an opening, two sides of the opening are provided with notches, and the long shaft is welded and fixed at the notches. The assembling method of the tool comprises the steps of tool manufacturing, tool assembling, shaft part installing, tool placing and the like. By the adoption of the structure, the large-tonnage long shaft can be suspended, and heat treatment distortion is reduced; according to the assembling method, the stability of the tool in the workpiece hanging process is improved, operation is easy and convenient, and manpower is saved.

    本发明公开了一种大吨位长轴的起吊工装及其装配方法,包括吊环、吊座、横销、双层吊杆、插销、辐板。吊环穿过吊座放置,与吊座成为一个整体;双层吊杆上部扁平位置开孔,孔处与吊座用横销连接,下部呈长方体,底端开有U形槽,槽两侧开有孔,与辐板用插销连接。辐板整体呈衣状,辐板上部呈半环形,与双层吊杆用插销穿孔连接,其下部设有开口,开口两侧开有剖口,于剖开处焊接并固定长轴。该工装的装配方法包括制作工装、组装工装、安装轴零件、安放工装等步骤。采用该结构,可以使大吨位长轴悬空吊挂,减少了热处理畸变的发生;其装配方法提高工装吊挂工件过程中的稳定性,并且简便易操作,节省人力。
