The invention provides an underwater carrying device. The underwater carrying device comprises a cabin body and a driving console. The cabin body comprises an upper floating plate and a lower floating plate, vertical propellers are arranged at four corners of the lower deck; and the connecting truss is connected between the upper-layer floating plate and the lower-layer deck, and a horizontal propeller is arranged on the connecting truss. The driving console is arranged between the adjacent connecting trusses, and the driving console can control the vertical propellers and the horizontal propellers to propel so as to change the pose state of the cabin body. The underwater carrying device is of an open-type frame structure, stability is good, divers can freely enter and exit the submersible conveniently, and the underwater carrying device has certain additional load carrying capacity. The underwater carrying device can be autonomously driven by a diver or driven by a mother ship in a background wireless remote control mode, underwater position information can be obtained through satellite positioning, and the underwater carrying device keeps real-time communication with the mother ship.
