The invention discloses a resistance feedback type steering execution device and a steer-by-wire system control method, and the steering execution device comprises a gear rack mechanical steering module, an electric device module and a steering control unit; the gear rack mechanism comprises a pinion shaft and a steering rack; the radial rotation of the pinion shaft drives the steering rack to generate transverse displacement motion so as to drive the steering pull rod to move; the electric device module comprises a motor power assembly, a speed reducing mechanism and a torque and angle sensor. The motor power assembly drives the pinion shaft to rotate through the speed reducing mechanism. The torque and angle sensor detects the angle information of the pinion shaft and the torque information corresponding to the input torque of the pinion shaft; the steering control unit calculates the current road feeling information of the steering execution device according to the steering angle information and the torque information, and the road feeling information comprises the optimal estimation value of the rack force of the steering execution device. The road sensing information with higher real-time performance and accuracy can be provided through the steer-by-wire system.

    一种阻力反馈式转向执行装置以及线控转向系统控制方法,转向执行装置,包括:齿轮齿条机械转向模块、电动装置模块以及转向控制单元;齿轮齿条机构包括小齿轮轴以及转向齿条;小齿轮轴的径向转动驱动转向齿条发生横向位移运动,以带动转向拉杆运动;电动装置模块包括电机动力组件、减速机构及转矩转角传感器,电机动力组件通过减速机构驱动小齿轮轴转动;转矩转角传感器检测小齿轮轴的转角信息以及小齿轮轴的输入力矩对应的力矩信息;转向控制单元根据转角信息与力矩信息,计算得到转向执行装置当前的路感信息,路感信息包括转向执行装置的齿条力的最优估计值。本申请可以通过线控转向系统提供实时性与准确性更高的路感信息。
