According to the groove construction operation vehicle and the construction operation method thereof, the operation vehicle comprises a portal frame mechanism, the portal frame mechanism comprises vertical supports and walking mechanisms at the lower ends of the vertical supports, two sets of vertical supports are arranged on the same side of a groove, and a longitudinal support is arranged between the two sets of vertical supports on the same side; a transverse connecting frame is arranged between the vertical supports on the two sides of the groove, longitudinal moving sleeves are arranged at the two ends of a transverse moving frame and installed on longitudinal supports in a sliding mode, longitudinal oil cylinders are arranged on the longitudinal supports, the telescopic ends of the longitudinal oil cylinders are connected with the longitudinal moving sleeves, and transverse moving sleeves are installed on the transverse moving frame in a sliding mode. A transverse oil cylinder is arranged on the transverse moving sleeve, the telescopic end of the transverse oil cylinder is connected with the longitudinal moving sleeve, and the bottom of the transverse moving sleeve is connected with a tamping mechanism. According to the operation vehicle and the construction operation method thereof, manual tamping operation in a groove is avoided, the excavation and support cohesion of the safety groove is higher, and the operation efficiency of groove construction is improved.

    本发明提供的一种沟槽施工作业车及其施工作业方法,该作业车包括门架机构,门架机构包括竖向支架,竖向支架下端行走机构,沟槽同一侧的竖向支架设置两组,同一侧的两组竖向支架之间设有纵向支架,沟槽两侧的竖向支架之间设有横向连接架,横向移动架的两端设有纵向移动套筒,纵向移动套筒滑动安装在纵向支架上,纵向支架上设有纵向油缸,纵向油缸的伸缩端与纵向移动套筒连接,横向移动架上滑动安装横向移动套筒,横向移动套筒上设有横向油缸,横向油缸的伸缩端与纵向移动套筒连接,横向移动套筒底部连接夯实机构。该作业车及其施工作业方法,避免人工在沟槽内进行夯实作业,安全沟槽的开挖和支护衔接性更强,提高了沟槽施工的作业效率。
