To provide a construction vehicle operation management method and operation management system for minimizing annoyance or the like to nearby inhabitants along a travel route caused by entrainment and congestion of a large number of construction vehicles.SOLUTION: A large number of GeoFences A, B, C, D, E using position information by GNSS are set at intersections a, b, c, d and a congestion prediction place e on a road which connects a location x of a ready-mixed concrete plant and a location y of a construction site. Whenever a ready-mixed concrete vehicle 2 passes the respective GeoFences A, B, C, D, E, an entry/exit time of each one of the ready-mixed concrete vehicles 2 at the GeoFences A, B, C, D, E is transmitted to a data management server of a host computer 1, so as to be stored. A congestion state and an interval between the ready-mixed concrete vehicles 2 at a travel position based on the position and travel speed of each ready-mixed concrete vehicle 2 are calculated based on the data storage in the data management server. Adjustment of the travel speed or a route change is instructed to the respective ready-mixed concrete vehicles 2 based on the calculation results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】多数の工事車両の連行、渋滞による走行経路における周辺住民への迷惑等を最小化する工事車両の運行管理方法及び運行管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】生コンプラントの所在地xと建設現場の所在地yとを結ぶ道路上の交差点a,b,c,d及び渋滞予測地eに、GNSSによる位置情報を利用した多数のジオフェンスA,B,C,D,Eを設定する。生コン車2が各ジオフェンスA,B,C,D,Eを通過する毎に、各生コン車2のジオフェンスA,B,C,D,Eへの入退出時刻をホストコンピョュータ1のデータ管理サーバに発信して蓄積する。データ管理サーバに蓄積されたデータに基いて、各生コン車2の位置、走行速度に基づいた走行位置における渋滞状況、生コン車2どうしの間隔を算定し、これらの算定結果に基いて、各生コン車2に対して走行速度の調整またはルート変更の指示を発する。【選択図】図2
