Provided is a regenerative braking control system for a vehicle in which an operator operated by a driver for applying regenerative braking is provided independently, and in which the regenerative torque of regenerative braking is suppressed and controlled in accordance with the charging rate of a battery. A regenerative braking control system for a vehicle is characterized by being provided with: an electric motor (30); a battery (7) that supplies power to the electric motor (30); a control device (10) that controls the output of the electric motor (30); and a regeneration operation member (29) that is operated by a driver (D) to instruct a regenerative torque output start timing, a regenerative torque output end timing, and a regenerative torque amount, the control device (10) causing the electric motor (30) to generate the regenerative torque in accordance with the instruction from the regeneration operation member (29).
