The invention provides a charge amount adjusting device and a vehicle which can adjust the capacity according to the state of a battery pack without increasing the cost. The charge amount adjustment device adjusts the capacity between a first battery cell and a second battery cell constituting a battery pack. The charge amount adjustment device includes: a first discharge unit that discharges a first battery cell by connecting a first discharge resistor in parallel with the first battery cell; a second discharge unit for discharging the second battery cell by connecting a second discharge resistor in parallel to the second battery cell; and a third discharge unit that discharges the first battery cell by connecting the first discharge resistor and the second discharge resistor in series with the first battery cell.

    本发明提供能够进行与电池组的状态相应的容量调整而无需增加成本的充电量调整装置及车辆。充电量调整装置进行构成电池组的第一电池单体与第二电池单体之间的容量调整。充电量调整装置包括:第一放电部,使第一放电电阻与第一电池单体并联连接,来使第一电池单体放电;第二放电部,使第二放电电阻与第二电池单体并联连接,来使第二电池单体放电;以及第三放电部,使第一放电电阻及第二放电电阻与第一电池单体串联连接,来使第一电池单体放电。
