The invention relates to an installation and inspection method of a ship fairlead gasket, which comprises the following steps of: drawing a profile line type of a bulwark type fairlead by taking at least four angles which are symmetrically and uniformly distributed; according to the drawn sections, the radians of the inner surfaces are copied, the radians of the two inner surfaces of each section are symmetrical, the two radians of the two inner surfaces of each section are numbered respectively, and a film pattern is printed according to the ratio of 1: 1; according to the film pattern, cutting out a corresponding wooden cardboard, and remarking a number; according to the wooden clamping plate at each angle, the fitting degree of the wooden clamping plate and the lining is compared, and then the polishing depth of the wooden clamping plate is determined; after polishing is completed, the inspection clamping plate is obtained, and the fairlead of the same model can be inspected. According to the invention, the convenience of mounting the bushing is improved, the powder pressing workload of each fairlead is avoided, only one set of clamping plate needs to be manufactured for the fairleads of the same model, the fairlead mounting device is more convenient, quicker and durable, the accuracy of the fairlead mounting device is higher than that of a powder pressing test, and the mounting efficiency of the fairlead bushing is improved.
本发明涉及的一种船舶导缆孔衬垫的安装检验方法,取舷墙式导缆孔对称均分的至少4个角度,绘制其剖面的线型;根据绘制出来的剖面,临摹出内表面的弧度,每个剖面的两个内表面弧度都是对称的,为每个剖面的两个分别编号,1:1打印薄膜纸样;根据薄膜纸样,裁剪出相应的木质卡板,同样备注好编号;根据每个角度的木质卡板,比对与衬套的贴合度,再决定其打磨的深度;打磨完成后即获得检验卡板,可检验同一型号的导缆孔。本发明提高了安装衬套的便利性,免除了每个导缆孔压粉的工作量,而且同一型号的导缆孔,只需要制作一套卡板,更加方便、快捷、且耐用,比压粉试验的准确性更高,提高了导缆孔衬套的安装效率。
