The invention discloses an embedded aluminum alloy fairlead which comprises a fairlead body, the fairlead body is of a closed solid structure downwards along the horizontal center line, and two extending plates extend from the bottom of the fairlead body. The two extension plates are arranged in a rectangular shape and are symmetrically arranged with the vertical plane where the horizontal center line of the fairlead body is located as the symmetric plane, the length of each extension plate is not smaller than two times of the width of the extension plate, and a cutting groove is formed in the side, away from the fairlead body, of each extension plate. According to the embedded aluminum alloy fairlead, the hull structure framework and the deck below the fairlead body are matched, on the basis of a conventional fairlead, the two extension plates extend from the fairlead body structure to the lower portion of the deck and are welded to the framework below the deck, and therefore the connection strength is improved.
