The impact sound between the spline plate assembly and the main shaft is reduced, the abrasion of the spline plate assembly is reduced, the stability and durability of the product are improved, the loss of the host caused by friction is reduced, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the structure is compact, and the overall structural design of the host is not influenced.

    本发明涉及电梯制动器技术领域,尤其涉及一种电磁制动器,电磁铁通过安装螺栓和空心螺栓固定连接在曳引机的机座上,电磁铁的内侧依次设有衔铁和花键盘组件,花键盘组件套设在曳引机的主轴上,花键盘组件与主轴之间套设有O型圈,主轴与挡板固定连接,挡板上设有限位螺钉,用于限制花键盘组件向右移动,电磁铁上开设有矩形槽,矩形槽内设置有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧一端与衔铁侧壁固定连接、另一端与矩形槽侧壁固定连接,电磁铁上绕制有电磁线圈,在O型圈的作用下,也会降低花键盘组件与主轴之间的撞击声,降低花键盘组件的磨损,提高产品的稳定性和耐久性,主机因摩擦造成的损耗降低,更加节能环保,且结构紧凑,不会影响主机整体结构设计。
