The chassis rear axle assembling mechanism comprises a sliding plate and a lifting appliance synchronously conveyed with the sliding plate, the sliding plate is driven by a first friction driver, a first encoder corresponding to the first friction driver is arranged on one side of the sliding plate, the lifting appliance is used for placing a vehicle body, and a chassis is arranged on the lower portion of the vehicle body; the lifting appliance is slidably mounted on a guide rail above a sliding plate conveying line on which the sliding plate is positioned; a second friction driver for driving the lifting appliance and a second encoder corresponding to the second friction driver are mounted on the guide rail; the upper part of the lifting platform is used for placing a rear axle, and the rear axle corresponds to the rear part of the chassis; one end of the tensioning assembly is connected with the tail part of the chassis, and the other end of the tensioning assembly is connected with the sliding plate; the tensioning assembly is used for limiting the maximum distance between the chassis and the sliding plate when the chassis and the rear axle are combined, the chassis and the rear axle are combined and carried out in the production line conveying process, the combination process and station can be flexibly arranged in an automobile production line, and the input cost of the production line is reduced.

    一种底盘后桥合装机构及合装方法,包括滑板及与滑板同步输送的吊具,滑板通过第一摩擦驱动器驱动,滑板一侧设有与第一摩擦驱动器对应的第一编码器,吊具用于放置车身,车身的下部为底盘;吊具滑动安装于滑板所在的滑板输送线上方的导轨上,导轨上安装有用于驱动吊具的第二摩擦驱动以及与第二摩擦驱动器对应的第二编码器;滑板上设置有升降台,升降台上部用于放置后桥,后桥与底盘后部对应;还包括拉紧组件,拉紧组件的一端与底盘尾部连接,拉紧组件的另一端与滑板连接;拉紧组件用于限制底盘在与后桥合装时底盘与滑板之间的最大距离,实现底盘后桥合装以在产线输送过程中进行,使合装工序和工位可灵活设置于汽车生产线中,降低生产线的投入成本。
